A Tribeca Film feature, Fresh Meat blends comedy, action and gore in a story about runaway gang members who stumble upon more than they expected when they seek shelter at the home of the Cranes, a seemingly charming upper-class family who just happens to be hungry for human flesh. Who will survive this epic satirical bloodbath?
