The movie adaptation of Lois Lowry's The Giver is finally set to open in theaters this weekend after Jeff Bridges's 18-year bid. Readers of the Newbery-Medal winning middle-grade book will notice the film features older characters, a lightly emphasized romance, and Taylor Swift in the role of the abstract Rosemary. The Road
