Online Competition Features

This year's online festival is screening three festival favorites. We've got the ode to the LOLCat, Lil Bub & Friendz; Epic tale of romance and revolution, Alias Ruby Blade: A Story of Love and Revolution ; and the road comedy about presidential campaigning and popping cherries, Farah Goes Bang.

Online Competition Features

Our competing shorts cover topics from video game romance to black market arms dealing. Titles include: RPG OKC, Delicacy, The Exit Room, and A Short Film About Guns. 

Focus Forward Films

Produced by GE and Cinelan, we have 12 Focus Forward Features available for viewing. Each three-minute film takes a look at a true story of innovation and creation happening around the globe. each film can be viewed individually or as part of the "Outside the Box," "Food for Thought," or "Thinking Aloud" programs, curated by our Shorts Programmer Sharon Goodall.

TFF invites you to explore the latest social networking craze, Vine. To celebrate the new innovation in six-second filmmaking, we've launched a competition to find the best micr-shorts in all the land. Short-list entries for each of our four categories – #genre, #auteur, #animate and #series – are viewable now, and make sure to check back for our competition winners on April 26th.
