JR of 'Inside Out' Brings His Art Series Installation to the NYC Ballet Tonight

French artist and TFF 2013 alum JR is collaborating with the NYC Ballet for three incredible shows this winter, starting tonight.

JR of 'Inside Out' Brings His Art Series Installation to the NYC Ballet Tonight

The star of the documentary Inside Out: The People's Art Project, JR creates unique prints and connects audiences outside of museums by pasting them to public spaces. If you aren't familiar, Inside Out is a TED prize-winning global art project with over 170,000 participants spanning over 100 countries that is using art to spark conversations on gender, class, race, and and environmental issues. The documentary spread the word even further and since its premiere at TFF 2013 has inspired more and more people to join the movement.

Now, JR has teamed up with NYC Ballet Art Series for three very special shows.
