Directed and co-written by Daniel Schechter (whose next film is an Elmore Leonard adaptation), this crowd-pleaser from the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival stars Alex Karpovsky ("Girls", Rubberneck) and Tarik Lowe (who co-wrote the film) as Nick and Darryl, a New York film editing team hired to salvage a new film by a notorious difficult director (Kevin Corrigan).

As Nick attempts to fight his feelings for the film’s alluring star (Arielle Kebbel) and stay true to his fiancée (Sophia Takal), Darryl struggles to separate his aspirations at work from a personal life dominated by conflicts with his fickle girlfriend (Melonie Diaz) whom he can not help but love.

In this interview with Tribeca Film, the men of Supporting Characters dish on their inspirations for the film including the comical circumstances that brought about this unique portrait of life in the Big Apple.
