The 10 Most Striking Images from the Wachowskis' 'Jupiter Ascending'

The Wachowskis are giving us something to talk about with their new trailer for 'Jupiter Ascending.' We picked the 10 most visually stimulating images just for you.

The 10 Most Striking Images from the Wachowskis' 'Jupiter Ascending'

From their time-warped fantasy, Cloud Atlas, to their brand new, Jupiter Ascending, the Wachowskis are starry-eyed these days. The film stars Mila Kunis as Jupiter Jones, the most precious suvivor of the human race, and Channing Tatum as the werewolf/human hybrid ordered to kill her.

Warner Brothers just released the trailer for the much-anticipated summer blockbuster, due out July 25, 2014.

In case, you don't want to get caught at your desk watching too much of Mila Kunis (or were-Channing for that matter), check out these awe-inspiring images.

The Wachowskis give us more incredible images of space in Jupiter Ascending, much like they did in Cloud Atlas.

Channing Tatum is almost unrecognizable as half-werewolf/half-human. However, he's still whole hunk.

Acclaimed cinematographer, John Toll, gives us a captivating, spacey point of view throughout the trailer. Toll has worked with everyone from Terrence Malick to Cameron Crowe and also teamed up with the Wachowskis on Cloud Atlas

Jupiter Jones poses a threat to the Queen of the Universe, who wants her killed.

The trailer is filled with creepy-cool shots of a foreign skyline.

Is that Ned Stark?! You betcha. Sean Bean plays Stinger, mentor to Tatum's character, Caine.

Reflective of the Wachowskis ability to make us feel totally enthralled by the unfamiliar environments in their films. It is unclear whether this is Earth, or perhaps what is left of Earth as we know it.

Is it possible to give homage to yourself? You could easily switch out Mila Kunis for Carrie-Anne Moss here in this very Matrix-esque shot.

The scenes of the ships are truly larger than life. If you're still coming off the Gravity high, Jupiter Ascending will surely be one to see in IMAX 3D.

With the Wachowskis' direction and Toll's photo-genius eye, we are made to feel much like Kunis' character, small and swallowed up by this incredible fantasy world.
