Jason Wachter

Jason Wachter is the Director and Head of Global Brand Partnerships at Meta, where he leads consumer marketing and strategic partnerships for the Reality Labs portfolio (spanning cutting-edge AI wearables and mixed reality devices such as Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses and Meta Quest). His global remit includes sponsorship, talent and brand collaborations, and integrated partnership deals across sports, entertainment, music, and fashion.  Prior to Meta, Jason led marketing and partnership at Meta, Warner Bros. Discovery Sports, and FanDuel. Based in New York City, he's a proud father of two and stays connected to his alma maters of Syracuse (undergrad) and NYU (graduate) through guest lectures and mentoring.

Anthony Tripaldi

Anthony spent 10 years making cutting edge experiments and installations for marketing firms prior to joining Google's Creative Lab in 2015. Since then, he has focused on the practical application of Google's most advanced research, contributing to widely-used products such as Google Translate and securing patents for accessibility features like Android's Live Caption. His latest project involved the design and construction of Google's generative video platform, Flow. Concurrently, he is serving as the Technical Director for the film 'Ancestra', translating insights from his work at Google to cinematic innovation.

Eliza McNitt

McNitt is a writer and director. She is an Emmy Awards Finalist and recipient of the VR Grand Prize at The Venice Film Festival. From astronauts to astrophysics, McNitt explores the cosmic collision of science and art. She is the creator of SPHERES, a VR journey through the hidden songs of the Universe, Executive Produced by Darren Aronofsky and starring Millie Bobby Brown, Jessica Chastain, and Patti Smith. SPHERES made history as the first VR acquisition out of Sundance. Her work has appeared at Sundance, SXSW, AFI Fest, Cannes, CPH:DOX, Tribeca, Telluride, and Venice.

Ami Badani

Ami is a seasoned tech leader with over 20 years in marketing, product, and strategy. As CMO at Arm, she drives global marketing and brand storytelling as the company accelerates the world's transition to AI. Previously, she was a VP at NVIDIA, where she led marketing and developer products, contributing to the company's threefold growth and a $3T market cap. She’s also held roles at Cisco, Goldman Sachs, and more. Ami holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a B.S. from USC.
