After falling victim to a pair of illnesses at age 11, Victoria Arlen lived with locked-in syndrome for four years. Locked In, directed by Alison Ellwood (No Limits, American Jihad), tells the story of her recovery and eventual gold-medal victory in swimming at the 2012 London Paralympics.
Alison Ellwood is a director, producer, and editor whose work spans documentary and narrative film and television. Among her credits are American Jihad, which she directed, the Academy Award®-nominated documentary Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room, for which she served as editor and producer, and the Emmy®-winning series American High, which she directed.
Rush will be offered when advanced tickets for a screening or event are no longer available. The Rush system functions as a standby line that will form at the venue approximately one hour prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin roughly 10 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets and are payable upon entry.
