Dmitry Milkin was born in Russia but immigrated to the US a year after the fall of communism as a Jewish refugee. Watching films helped him learn English and sparked his love for story. Milkin graduated from Emerson College with a B.A in film before moving to LA to work at Warner Bros. Studios, CBS, Comedy Central and Disney.
