Like a Rorschach inkblot brought to life, BLACK WHITE BLACK WHITE is a personal abstract experimental short film that explores and calls attention to the primal guts of cinema, its relationship to the filmmaker, and the act of seeing.
CAST & CREDITS
Directed by John Thompson and John Thompson
John Thompson credits his acute sense of color and light to being flung from the back of a speeding pick-up truck at the tender age of 13. When he regained consciousness, he knew he wanted to be a filmmaker. His short Songbird played at Sundance and Breathe received a Student Academy Award nomination.
