Utility Vs. Identity: Tribeca Disrupts Creative Week

This week, thought-leaders of the creative industry gather for five days of literary, theatrical and cinematic celebration. Don't miss Creative Week 2012!

At the intersection of special and unique, SOHO and DUMBO combine to take the shape of a creativity skyscraper during next week’s Creative Week New York 2012—where the creative industry’s very best gather annually for five days of industry-wide literary, theatrical and cinematic celebration. The thought-leadership slate includes leaders in advertising, art, fashion, culture and more.

As a main cog in this creativity machine, Disruptive Innovation takes center stage at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 7 in DUMBO, when Tribeca Film Festival co-founder Craig Hatkoff leads a discussion about utility vs. identity in media and entertainment.

Breaking the creative mold.

Creating significant creative impact.

“Disrupting” the future of our creative world.

That is the genesis of The Disruptive Innovation Awards, whose recipients dish out hugs and hand pounds across the world of business, technology, arts, entertainment and beyond.

Creative Week starts with the open bar (seriously—open bar at all thought-leadership sessions)—and from there, all creative hell breaks loose.
