Vice's music blog Noisey is bringing us some pretty noisy bands at the Brooklyn Night Bazaar this weekend. Punk/Grindcore bands Ceremony, Iron Lung, and NOTHING will be playing some mosh-worthy tunes so come on out and get your head-banging on.

Kickstarter Film Festival 2014

Kickstarter is quickly changing the lives of creatives everywhere with its crowdfunding platform. Movies like Wish I Was Here and Obvious Child were just a few out of many that benefitted from Kickstarter, and this Friday so many other films will be showcased at the Kickstarter Film Festival! Come out to Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn with a picnic blanket, and celebrate all that Kickstarter's done for filmmaking.

Front Row is bringing us True Grit this weekend as part of its free outdoor screening special! Come and watch this Coen brothers classic, as the badass Mattie Ross (Hailee Steinfeld) teams up with US marshall Rooster Cogburn (Jeff Bridges) to go and find the killer of her father.
