In honor of the fifth sequel coming out on August 8th, Videology will be holding a screening of the best dance sequences from the previous four movies. Get your groove on in Williamsburg this weekend at electronic DJ Neon Indian's set at Cameo Gallery. The bar that doubles as an underground club will be opening its doors at 11:59 PM, so if you're one who likes to dance into the morning, this is definitely the event for you.

A Night at The Museum For Grown Ups
American Museum of Natural History at 6:30
Tickets: $375

It's kind of an anomaly for us to include such an expensive event, but this is also kind of a really rare opportunity. You don't have to be Ben Stiller to have a night at the museum, though you may need his money. The Museum of Natural History is allowing adults to participate in a slumber party that will include a three course dinner, guided tours and drinks. Re-live your childhood with all the benefits of being a grown-up this weekend, and go to this once-in-a-lifetime party.

Saturday, August 2

Pretty Much Amazing Presents: we in Cloudz with Chrome Sparks

DJ Chrome Sparks will be aboard, and will definitely provide some tunes for the deep sea adventure.

Sunday, August 3

Harold and Maude
Nitehawk Cinemas at 12 PM
Tickets: $11

Take advantage of this chance to watch this 70s cult classic on the big screen at Nitehawk this weekend in Williamsburg! Harold and Maude presents to us an unconventional love that grows between two people at very different times in their lives: one is just beginning his, and the other's is coming to an end. Punctuated with black comedy and moments of sincerity, this Hal Ashby film is definitely one to check out this weekend.

Dead Reckoning
The Roy and Niuta Titus Theatre at 4:45
Tickets: $12

As part of the Lady in the Dark: Crime Films from Columbia Pictures film series, the MoMA will be screening the 1940s classic Dead Reckoning. The noir film includes Humphery Bogart and Lizabeth Scott, in a mystery revolving around an ex-soldier and husky-voiced cabaret singer.

Best Balls Competition: Vegan Cook-off
Littlefield, Brooklyn
Tickets: FREE

Don't be intimidated by the name of this event! We wouldn't send you to an exotic parts eating contest in Brooklyn. Though the theme of the event may throw you off, it's really nothing more than vegan chefs coming together to prepare ball-shaped vegan snacks for everyone to enjoy! Rice balls, Cakepops, matzo, truffles- it's all fair game, as long as its vegan! Partake in this awesome opportunity to try new foods and explore all the ball-shaped food out there.
