The film follows a 13-year-old boy (Manny) from Tijuana as he embarks on his first drug smuggle across the 'Devil’s Highway,' a notoriously fatal stretch of desert on the Arizona/Mexico border.

Josh Soskin grew up in a small surf town in Central California. He began his directing career in the documentary world where he produced and directed hundreds of short docs for Current TV including an acclaimed half-hour special, Modern Day Pirates. Josh has also directed four short films, Love Stinks (2009), Moving Takahashi (2011), Milk Run (2013) and La Carnada (2013).
When tickets for a screening or event are no longer available, they will be listed as RUSH. The Rush system functions as a stand-by line that will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin 15 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets payable upon entry. There is a limit of one Rush Ticket per person.
