Service is the top priority at a modern boutique hotel in Beijing, and the new guest service manager, Ally, aims to keep it that way after a mysterious American VIP arrives and begins wreaking havoc. As the night grows more fantastical, Ally must tame this beastly terror of a guest while risking her own life to protect his secrets, the hotel’s reputation and her own job.

About the Director(s)
ZAO WANG grew up in Beijing and moved to the United States at fourteen, later graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. His short films have screened at several international film festivals, and he has directed features for Shanghai TV and a six-part international documentary series on the future of creativity.
When tickets for a screening or event are no longer available, they will be listed as RUSH. The Rush system functions as a stand-by line that will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin 15 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets payable upon entry. There is a limit of one Rush Ticket per person.
