Poi Dogs is the story of two Hawaiian teenagers—a tough-acting football football lineman and a guarded tuba player—and their awkward attempts at expressing a budding romantic interest in one another.

About the Director(s)
Joel Moffett has won a Student Academy Award, a Student Emmy Award, and AFI's highest honor, the Schaffner Award. His films have screened in more than 40 festivals, including Cannes and Berlin. My Body received the award for best short at 14 film festivals, and his 2008 short Horsepower won top honors at six.

RUSH SALES POLICY

When tickets for a screening or event are no longer available, they will be listed as RUSH. The Rush system functions as a stand-by line that will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin 15 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets payable upon entry. There is a limit of one Rush Ticket per person.
