A journey through the cosmos within, this video was made with paint, ink, and paper on digitally manipulated 16mm and 35mm film strips. No film or video cameras were used to capture any source imagery.
About the Director(s)
Scott Nyerges is an independent filmmaker living in Austin, Texas. Means and Meditations received the 2005 Director's Citation at the Black Maria Film Festival and the 2004 Bettye Nowlin Award at Cinematexas. His other films include Surfacing (2003) and Nacntregen (2002). His work has played in many film festivals in the United States and around the world including the Rotterdam International Film Festival, Oklahoma City Museum of Art, Tulsa Overground Film Festival, Brno 16 Film Festival in the Czech Republic, and Austin's Flicker Film Festival.

When tickets for a screening or event are no longer available, they will be listed as RUSH. The Rush system functions as a stand-by line that will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin 15 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets payable upon entry. There is a limit of one Rush Ticket per person.
