Set during the Chinese Cultural Revolution in 1966, this short tells the story of a projectionist who accidentally inverts a film featuring Chairman Mao. The townsfolk and Red Guard are so enraged by the upside down image of one of China's most feared and revered leaders that the innocent mistake results in dire consequences for the projectionist. Elaine Liu was born in China and grew up in Ohio. After earning her B.F.A. in filmmaking from NYU in 2005, she cofounded the production company Illusionwave Films. Currently, Liu is working as assistant to cinematographer Christopher Doyle on M. Night Shyamalan's new film Lady in the Water. She is also in the process of completing her first mini-series script for SETTV Taiwan and a feature film script entitled The Necklace, which will be in production in 2006.

Admittance is based on availability and will begin roughly 10 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets and are payable upon entry.
