Director Ed Perkins lets the scenery tell the incredible true story of Garnet Frost who nearly died twenty years ago when hiking through Scotland's Loch Arkaig, but survived by pure chance. Frost believes that a mysterious wooden staff he discovered just before he was rescued might have something to do with his fate. Frost decides to embark back through the Scottish wilderness in hope of answers.
