Rewind: TFF Awards Show

We're already well into the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival, and the Festival Jury members* have watched all the movies and are now preparing for deliberation. Will their choices match your own? Will some dark horses come out of the blue for a win? What will be the breakout films of TFF 2012?

Find out all these answers—and more—on Thursday night, April 26, as we stream the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival Awards live on TribecaFilm.com. Tune in around 7:00 pm (estimated start time) to see the announcements made live.

(See a list of all past winners.)

Also, during the broadcast, we will debut a new video about the The Tribeca Art Awards, sponsored by CHANEL, through which amazing artists generously donate works of art for the winners in major categories. Scott Thrift, an acclaimed filmmaker and founder of the Brooklyn-based creative collective m ss ng p eces, has documented the eleven works of art donated in 2012, from artists Kara Walker, JR, Peter Dayton, Clifford Ross, Walton Ford, Cindy Sherman, Stephen Hannock, Kim Keever, Nathan Sawaya, Hugo Tillman, and Stanley Whitney. (Watch a sneak peek of the video here.)

We know the filmmakers are on edge about who will win, and so are we! Join us tomorrow night.
