News: Cocaine Cowboys Feature on the Horizon
The Hollywood Reporter announced today that Mark "Marky Mark" Wahlberg (I'm sorry, I'm from Boston, it's impossible to not write Marky Mark, I saw the dude perform with The Funky Bunch!), late of The Happening, and Peter Berg are going to remake the TFF alum documentary Cocaine Cowboys as a feature. Evan Wright, hot off HBO's Generation Kill, will script.Friday bonus! A great interview with Tomas Alfredson, director of this year's TFF Narrative Award Winner Let the Right One In. Befitting a vampire film, it's due for release in October. If you prefer to stay unspoiled, I wouldn't recommend this interview.
