Tíu is a visual and sonic adventure into the world of the Icelandic band Of Monsters and Men, as they prepare to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their groundbreaking first album “My Head is an Animal.”

The filmmaker follows the band members across sweeping vistas in their home of Iceland and into the intimacy of the studio to reveal a side of OMAM that many fans and others may not have experienced. As they share their tales of music-making and life on the road, through stories of Polar Bear encounters and their thoughts on connection to the natural world, the band brings us along for the ride. The ethereal backdrop of Iceland combines with the harmonious soundtrack for a truly magical journey.--Deborah Rudolph
