To Guarantee admission, all Ticket and Pass Holders MUST be present at the venue 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time.

Will Call

Will Call for tickets purchased online or by phone are available at the Festival Box Offices during applicable business hours. To avoid long lines during the Festival, please take advantage of the “Print at Home” ticketing service, or pick up your tickets in advance at either Ticket Outlet (click here for Ticket Outlet locations).

Rush Tickets

Screenings and Panels that have no more advance tickets available will be listed as RUSH TICKETS. Rush ticket lines will form approximately 60 minutes prior to scheduled event times at the venue. Admission will begin approximately 15 minutes before program start time based on availability. RUSH Tickets are priced as noted above, except at the BMCC TribecaPAC Theater where all RUSH Sales will be $10.00. Admission is not guaranteed.

Same Day Sales

Same-day ticket sales during the Festival are available at all Box Office locations based on screening or event availability. Advance ticket sales (online, phone) are discontinued approximately 30 minutes prior to a program start time. Guests arriving 30 minutes or less to a venue where tickets are still available, should still wait on the Rush Tickets line.


Purchasing Tickets online:
Online purchases for the 2009 Festival will take place through the Online Ticketing System. Visit the Online Guide first to browse films, watch trailers, and plan your Festival experience. Use the BUY TICKETS links to begin filling your shopping cart. Note that a second window will launch in your browser, beginning your session in the Online Ticketing System. You will need to choose your amounts of tickets per performance in the Ticketing System window, though you may continue to fill your shopping cart through the Online Guide.
 
Notes regarding the Online Ticketing System experience:

• As soon as you put the first tickets in your shopping cart, the online ticketing session will begin to be timed. Please continue to watch your session countdown on the right hand side of the page and complete checkout before the on offer timeout.
• All Screening and Panel events are General Admission. You may choose “Best Available” or “General Admission” when selecting your performance quantities.
• To view available performances in the Online Ticketing System, use the TICKETS button in the upper left-hand side of the page. To shop available Ticket Packages, use the DISCOUNT TICKET PACKAGES button. We encourage you to browse available events in the Online Guide for the most interactive, informative experience.
• Enter your valid promotional code in the space provided if you are eligible to redeem any current offer available online.
• You can view your selected items at any time by clicking on SHOPPING CART.
• Prior to checkout, you must login in to the Online Ticketing System. If you do not already have a login, you will be prompted to create a username and password. If you purchased tickets or any item for the 2008 Film Festival online, you will still have an active account. Use the "Forgot Password" button to retrieve a new valid password. Note: If you are a current “My Tribeca” user, you must still create an Online Ticketing System account for additional security.
• You may only purchase 4 tickets per individual performance, per order.
• All Merchandise Orders will be shipped. If you have tickets or a ticket package on the same order as Merchandise, your tickets will still be available at Will Call or through Print at Home, and your Merchandise selections will be shipped to the address provided.
  • Merchandise orders will not be shipped to international addresses or to a P.O. Box.
• You must check the box accepting the online purchase guidelines at checkout in order to complete your order. Once the box is checked, the BUY button will become available.
