Little Fockers: Join Us!
If you've always wondered how to get into a red carpet event with celebrities (De Niro! Stiller! Streisand!), here's your chance. Tribeca Film Institute invites you to their annual benefit, and this year it's the WORLD premiere of Little Fockers!

Okay, New Yorkers. How often do you find yourself walking past a red carpet event—often a movie premiere—seeing the flash of cameras and celebrity smiles, all the while wondering, “How do I get invited to something like that?” Well, here’s your chance.
Tribeca Film Institute invites you to their annual benefit on Wednesday, December 15, which this year includes the WORLD premiere of Little Fockers, the hotly anticipated reunion of your favorite funny people behind Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers.
With an all-star cast including Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Jessica Alba, Dustin Hoffman, and Barbra Streisand, Little Fockers will have you spending the holidays laughing as the hapless Gaylord "Greg" Focker tries to raise kids under his father-in-law's watchful eye.
You can find all the details on the Tribeca Film Institute site. Tickets to the event include admission to the World premiere of Little Fockers (at the Ziegfeld Theatre, 141 West 54th Street), with a dinner party immediately following at the Roseland Ballroom. For more information, download a PDF of the official invitation.

The price tag may be hefty—but how often do you get to experience the glitz and glamour of a world premiere? In addition to the insider perks (see below), the price of admission also includes the support of a very good cause! You know about the springtime Tribeca Film Festival (2011 dates: April 20-May 1), but are you familiar with the Tribeca Film Institute? All year long, TFI “empowers filmmakers through grants and professional development, and is a resource for and supporter of individual artists in the field.” Meanwhile, TFI’s educational programming "leverages an extensive network of people in the film industry to help underserved New York City students learn filmmaking and gain the media skills necessary to be productive citizens and creative individuals in the 21st century.” What’s better than that? And because Tribeca Film Institute is a public charity, most of your ticket price is also tax-deductible. (See the PDF for details.)
When it comes right down to it, how do you put a price tag on all this evening has to offer? Each ticket includes:
1. a world premiere of a major motion picture;
2. a chance to hobnob with stars;
3. bragging rights to lord over all your friends; and
4. a chance to impress your date with your connections and good taste.
So what are you waiting for? Will we see you on December 15? Or will you once again be one of the crowd, just walking by? Remember: we're watching you!
